Refunds policy

1. Introduction
At Nayarra LLC, we prioritize customer satisfaction and transparency. This Refund Policy explains clearly how refunds are handled.

2. Digital Products
Due to immediate delivery, all digital product sales (eBooks, Notion templates, etc.) are final. All payments for digital products are processed exclusively via Stripe.

Exceptions:

• Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties accessing your product, contact us within 7 days at info@nayarra.io. Provide your order details and issue description.

• Duplicate Purchases: If you mistakenly purchase a digital product multiple times, contact us within 7 days, and we'll refund the duplicate.

• Misrepresentation: If the product substantially differs from its description, notify us within 7 days for review and resolution.

Non-refundable situations include:

• Change of mind after purchase.

• Lack of understanding or expertise to use the product.

• Incompatibility with your software/hardware if requirements were clearly stated before purchase.

Important Notice for EU Customers: By completing your digital product purchase, you explicitly consent to waive the 14-day withdrawal period applicable under EU consumer law.

3. Consulting Services

• Payment Terms: Consulting service payments are made exclusively via wire transfer. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required upon contract signing. Remaining balance details will be specified in your contract.

• No Refunds: Payments toward consulting services are non-refundable after contract execution.

4. Dispute Resolution & Concerns
If you have payment or service-related issues, contact us directly at info@nayarra.io or via our website’s contact form. We'll respond within 5 business days to resolve concerns efficiently and fairly.

5. Customer Support Availability
Our customer support team is available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Inquiries received outside these hours will be addressed the next business day.
