4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts to use our services or products.

5. Payment Terms

• Consulting Services: Payments must be made exclusively via wire transfer. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is due upon contract signing, with the remaining balance specified in your contract. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly fee on outstanding balances.

• Digital Products: Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe in USD. All prices and accepted payment methods (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) are clearly listed at checkout. All digital product sales are final, subject to our Refund Policy.

Important Notice for EU Customers: By purchasing digital products, you explicitly consent to waive the 14-day withdrawal period under EU consumer law due to immediate product access.

6. Intellectual Property
All website content, consulting materials, eBooks, and Notion templates are owned by Nayarra LLC and protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.

License for Digital Products: Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use. Redistribution, resale, sharing, or reproduction without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our services or website, including unauthorized distribution of products, attempting reverse-engineering, or interfering with payment systems.

8. Delivery of Digital Products
Digital products are delivered via email with a secure download link immediately upon successful payment confirmation. You are responsible for providing a correct email address.

9. Limitations of Liability
Services and digital products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied. Nayarra LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our website or services, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These ToS are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively by Delaware state or federal courts.

11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our website and services immediately upon violation of these ToS or fraudulent activities.
